Remember those days of sitting around the campfire, telling ghost stories and toasting marshmallows? There's nothing like a s'more to follow up a nice smoke!!
This is my own invention, though I'm sure I'm not the only person on Earth who's ever thought of doing this...
These can be made individually, campfire-style, or you can make a pan of them. This is how to make 'em in a pan and have enough for several people, or several smokes!
1.) In a 9" square pan, break up and lay out CHOCOLATE graham crackers (Honey Maid makes them, as do other brands). You might need to break them smaller than squares to get them to fit the pan.
2.) Over that, layer white chocolate, preferably in bar form (check the baking aisle at the supermarket). If you can't find bars, white chocolate chips will work.
3.) On top of that, you're going to layer either regular-sized marshmallows or the miniature ones - either works fine.
4.) Put the pan into the oven on about 350º until you see the marshmallows start to brown on top.
5.) When the marshmallows have reached a nice golden tan, remove the pan from the oven and put another layer of grahams on top.
If you're going to have some later, it's easy to just stick the whole pan back into the oven again for about five or six minutes and they will get nice and gooey again.
